1. Make a selection from the STAIRWAY LAYOUTS chart below that best matches your stairway.

2. Enter the letter corresponding to your layout in the appropriate field below (A, B, C, etc.).

3. All fields must be filled out.

4. When finished filling out the form, click SUBMIT.

You will receive your custom quote by email promptly.

If quote is not received within 24 hours please either call us at 1-800-537-1439 or email us at sales@discountmobilitylifts.com.  Be sure to check your SPAM or JUNK folders before contacting us.

NOTE: For best quote, please send several pictures of your entire stairway including top and bottom landings to sales@discountmobilitylifts.com.
